CODE OF CONDUCT


ATTENTION: SECURITY CAMERAS IN USE ON THE PROPERTY

PLAZA RULES

Plaza Hours: Mon.-Sat. 10am – 9pm, Sun. 11am-6pm
Roosevelt Collection, including all parking areas, is private property. To ensure an enjoyable, safe experience for all guests, the following activities will not be permitted:

  1. Any activity that threatens the safety of our residents, employees or visitors.
  2. Violations of any local, state or federal law.
  3. Any conduct inconsistent with the general purpose of the property, which is shopping, dining, visiting the theatre or offices or attending center events.
  4. Weapons or objects that may be used as weapons.
  5. Inappropriate attire, attire that provokes or incites violence or failure to be fully clothed.
  6. Unleashed dogs or exotic pets.
  7. Smoking, except in authorized locations.
  8. Possession of open alcoholic beverages except in designated areas.
  9. Unsafe or disruptive activity including, but not limited to: profanity, threatening language, fighting, running, skateboarding, or riding bicycles, scooters or segways in pedestrian areas.
  10. Horseplay or disorderly conduct of any nature.
  11. Loitering, soliciting or any unauthorized commercial activity.
  12. Congregating or obstructing walkways, roadways or storefronts.
  13. Commercial photography or videography without advance written approval from Management.
  14. Vehicles parked on Plaza without paying. All vehicles parked on Plaza must pay for parking at all times using pay boxes on East and West side of Plaza and display parking ticket in windshield.
  15. Parking in fire lanes, along curbs, in crosswalks, or double parking in drive lanes. Motor vehicles are to abide by posted road signs at all times. Vehicles found in violation are subject to being towed at owner’s expense.

Guests in violation of the above activities may be asked to leave the property. Failure or refusal to leave the property may result in a ban from the property and/or arrest and prosecution for criminal trespass. The Code of Conduct is subject to change by the Property owner and/or manager at any time.

ROOFTOP RULES

Rooftop Hours: Mon.-Sat. 10am – 9pm, Sun. 11am-6pm
The Rooftop at Roosevelt Collection is private property. To ensure an enjoyable, safe experience for all guests, the following activities are not permitted anywhere on The Rooftop:

  1. Any activity that threatens the safety of our residents, employees or visitors.
  2. Violations of any local, state or federal law.
  3. Weapons or objects that may be used as weapons.
  4. Inappropriate attire, attire that provokes or incites violence or failure to be fully clothed.
  5. Possession of open alcoholic beverages or controlled substances.
  6. Possession of glass containers.
  7. Unleashed dogs or exotic pets. Leashed dog permitted only on the sidewalks and the designate run area, and not in the grassy areas.
  8. Smoking.
  9. Unsafe or disruptive activity including, but not limited to: profanity, threatening language, fighting, running, skateboarding, or riding bicycles, scooters or segways in pedestrian areas.
  10. Horseplay or disorderly conduct of any nature.
  11. Loitering, soliciting or any unauthorized commercial activity.
  12. Congregating or obstructing walkways or stairwells.
  13. Commercial photography or videography without advance written approval from Management.

Guests in violation of the above activities may be asked to leave the property. Failure or refusal to leave the property may result in a ban from the property and/or arrest and prosecution for criminal trespass. The Code of Conduct is subject to change by the Property owner and/or manager at any time.
Visitors and employees are encouraged to report any inappropriate or criminal activity to Security and the Chicago Police Department.

PARKING GARAGE RULES

Failure to follow the parking rules may result in a fine of up to $100 and/or the towing of your vehicle at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Violations include:

  1. Double Parking
  2. Parking Over Lines
  3. Unauthorized Use of a Reserved Space
  4. Parking in Tow Away Zones
  5. Parking in Designated Handicap Space without Displaying Credentials
  6. Abandoned or Unclaimed Vehicles
  7. Creative a Safety Hazard (Fuel/Oil Leak)

The above list, while not exhaustive, provides examples of the types of violations that go against the rules and regulations of the Roosevelt Collection parking garage. This is not a complete list of violations. We reserve the right to change or modify all or any parking rules without notice, and for any reason, and to impose fines, and/or towing at our sole discretion.
